Welcome to the FACE YOURSELF METHOD app by Kenny Bricks. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms. They're written in plain language, so please read them.

What the app is

A 90-day personal growth program: daily lessons, exercises, a checklist, a private journal, reminders, a leaderboard and a members' community. It's for motivation and personal development.

Not professional advice

The app is not medical, mental-health, financial or legal advice, and it isn't a substitute for a doctor, therapist or other professional. If you're struggling or in crisis, please contact a professional or your local emergency services. In Canada you can call or text 988 any time.

Your account

• You must be at least 16 to use the app.
• Keep your email account secure, because it's how you sign in.
• Use your real email, and a name that isn't offensive or pretending to be someone else.

Community rules

The Community is a place to cheer each other on. When you post or comment:

• Be respectful. No bullying, harassment, hate, threats or sexual content.
• No spam, selling, or links to scams.
• Don't share anyone else's private information or photos without their permission.
• Only post content you have the right to share.

Members can report and block. Posts that get several reports are hidden automatically while they're reviewed. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Your content

What you write, record and upload stays yours. You give us permission to store it and show it where you choose (for example, to other members when you post in the Community), only to run the app. You can delete it at any time.

Kenny's content

The lessons, videos, audio, quotes and program are Kenny Bricks' work, based on his book Face Yourself. They're for your personal use. Please don't copy, resell or republish them.

Price

The app is currently free while it's being tested. If we introduce a paid plan, we'll tell you clearly in the app first, including the price and any free trial, and nothing will be charged without your agreement.

Availability and responsibility

We work hard to keep the app running and your data safe, but it's provided "as is" and may sometimes be unavailable or change. To the extent the law allows, Kenny Bricks isn't responsible for indirect losses from using the app. Your results depend on you: the app gives you the tools, and you do the work.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in Profile → Settings. We may close accounts that break these terms.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top and let you know in the app about important changes. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Questions? Email game@kennybricks.com.
